CRM Manager – Online Gaming – London

Our client, one of the fastest growing online gaming companies based in London are looking for a CRM Manager to come on board and join their exciting and dynamic team.


The ideal CRM manager will be responsible for planning, executing, evaluating and optimising customer campaigns delivered via web, mobile and offline, across the company core brands.


Further responsibilities for this CRM Manager position will include:

· Plan and deliver customer programmes and initiatives that increase our active user base and generate identifiable value for the business; across all brands, customer segments and marketing channels, leveraging key events calendar, product innovations and customer events

· Design new, and drive improvements to existing automated programmes e.g. welcome, nurture, cross-sell/upsell, retention and reactivation

· Plan, control and maximise effectiveness of customer promotions budget

· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and deliver attractive and effective multi-channel marketing initiatives, campaigns and promotions, aligned with Brand strategy & guidelines

· Deliver customer remarketing campaigns, aligned with customer Acquisition media buying team

· Analyse campaign effectiveness, recommend and implement on-going improvements to drive customer KPIs


This role requires the following essential skills and experience and could be the next challenge you’ve been looking for:

· 3+ years marketing experience working in data, analysis, planning and customer marketing/CRM

· Expertise across customer marketing channels: email, SMS, push, onsite, DM, contact centre

· Clear demonstrable experience of building impactful multi-channel customer marketing campaigns, both tactical and automated programmes

· Quantitative and data driven approach to understanding and managing customers

· Excellent project management skills

· Igaming experience across static and dynamic products, both transactional and subscription

· Analytical, problem solver

· Can-do attitude, and focused on delivering results

· Strong understanding of marketing analytics, technology and customer data

· Ability to manage multiple projects at once, with a keen eye for detail, process and execution

· Innovative and energetic, with the ability to generate new campaign ideas and drive the campaign development process

· Start-up mentality, everyone rolls their sleeves up and gets stuck in
